• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers
• Chargeback or dispute legitimate transactions

5. Service Delivery

All orders are processed through third-party service providers. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We do not control the speed or quality of delivery by third-party providers.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By adding funds to your wallet, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. Wallet funds are non-transferable and can only be used for services on our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prime Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Social media platforms may change their algorithms or policies at any time, which may affect the results of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Refund Policy

General Policy

All sales are final once an order is submitted to the provider. However, we offer refunds in the following situations:

• Provider Error: If the provider fails to process your order, you will receive a full automatic refund to your wallet.
• Non-Delivery: If your order status remains "Pending" for more than 72 hours without processing, contact support for a refund review.
• Partial Delivery: If the provider delivers less than the ordered quantity, a proportional refund may be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Orders that have been completed by the provider
• Orders cancelled by the user after processing has begun
• Wallet funds added for deposits (can be used for services)
• Issues caused by incorrect link or profile information provided by the user

Refund Process

Eligible refunds are credited to your Prime Boost wallet within 24-48 hours. Wallet funds can be used for future orders. Contact support@primeboost.com for refund requests.
